During 4 years we choose coffee on farms and we roast it on our production in Moscow where we work on the leading equipment Probat form Germany. For stabilization of quality of roasting and taste of coffee, we carry out the analysis of profiles of roasting. These processes are coordinated by Denis Sigulin - Champion of Russia on roasting in 2017. We develop our skills, some of them are already confirmed with certificates: Q-grader, Sensory Skills Professionals, Barista Skills, Roasting Skills.
