By public transport:
On the metro station "Sokolniki", then walk 5 minutes through the main entrance to the park Sokolniki (see. Diagram)
By car:
In 3d Luchevoy Prosek(see plan). During working days of the exhibition entrance to the park is for an extra charge; during the mantling / dismantling with special passes - free.

Your booth will be built up according to the application form - Exhibitor cards (link to form shown in e-mail with the instructions) to be filled up to 20 January 2018.
Please note that the booth is built up properly, you must properly fill out a form on the website.
Booths of the exhibitors that will be built up by the Organizer will be ready not before 13:00 March 14, 2018. Exhibitors that have ordered an independent build up, should specify the time of the build up with their Builder.

To enter the exhibition area during the mantling / dismantling it is necessary to make 3 simple steps:
- Download the pass form for a car following the link  Vehicle entry pass
- Print pass form and fill in data of the car (you can do it by hand)
- Submit a completed pass to the security staff at the entrance by 3d Luchevoy Prosek.
In order to enter the pavilion during the mantling and dismantling it is necessary to make 3 simple steps:
- Download the Mantling pass form following the link  ( Buildup pass)
- Print pass form and fill in data of the employees / persons eligible for build up (you can do it by hand)
- Submit a completed Mantling pass to the security staff at the entrance to the pavilion

In order to bring the exhibits to the exhibition it is necessary to make 4 simple steps:
- Download Letter on Load-in and load-out following the link ( Letter to in/out permit)
- Fill in the Letter (list of imported exhibits and properties), print in 2 copies, sign and seal
- Go to the Organizer’s office and ask to put down the stamp "Load-in is allowed" (1 copy remains at the Organizer, 1 copy with a stamp goes back to you)
- Submit a Letter with the stamp "Load-in is allowed" to the security staff while bringing the exhibits
To load-out / remove the exhibits it is necessary:
- Submit to the Organizer’s office your copy of the Letter with the stamp "Load-in is allowed" and ask to put a stamp "Load-out is allowed"
- Submit a Letter with the stamp "Load-out is allowed" to the security staff while removing the exhibits

Exhibitor badges will be issued at the Organizer’s office from 14:00 to 16:00 on March 14, 2018 and at 8:00 am on March 15, 2018.
Exhibitor badges are issued PERSONALLY!
If you want to get a badge for other employees, you are required to present the letter of power of attorney to obtain badges  Power of Attorney.
Exhibitor badges give access to the pavilion opening hours for Exhibitors

To obtain extra exhibitor badges to employees you can fill in a form for each employee following the link (link to form shown in e-mail with the instructions) or register each employee individually on the website https://coffeetearusexpo.ru/en/visitors/visitorregistration for free visitor passes

The closing documents can be obtained at the last day of the exhibition (March 17, 2018) at the Organizer’s office from 10:00 to 19:00.

For entry into the territory of the Russian Federation, all the foreigners must have a passport, which expires at least 6 months after intended departure date and in which there is at least 2 blank pages and a Russian visa (if necessary - depending on the country) .
