Speakers: Natalya Pankratova (group administrator) and Alexander Grebnev (logistics specialist), KLD Coffee Importers. They are members of the Specialty Coffee Division, founded in January 2016. The working group also includes Daria Zakharova (a trader, an expert on quality, certified Q-grader arabica) and Andrew Elson (head of the group). The Group's activities focus on the promotion of Specialty coffee and they are carried in HoReCa segment.
