Seminar "Mixology as stage of tea evolution"

Within RUCTIE there will take place the seminar devoted to a subject of cocktail tradition in the history of tea development

The seminar is dedicated to the theme of cocktail traditions in the tea history and the answers to three global issue: 

What's the history? Even in ancient times people experimented with various additives, and got a new kinds of tea as a result, or new ways to use it. Today, such "taste tests", going to a higher level, marked the beginning of a new trend in the tea and the art of bartending - tea mixology.

What's the taste? Formula of the best cocktail recipes based on the organoleptic features of tea used, but most of the author's solutions become the examples of very original combinatorics.

What are the current trends? The bar menu found their place tea variations on well-known classics as well as new items that reflect one or another fashion trend.
