Traditionally within Russian Coffee Tea Industry Event the special zone Roasting Factory where anyone will be able to examine operation of the frying equipment will be organized, to get a valuable advice from experts, and also to take away with itself a sample of just fried coffee.

However next year this zone will become also the full-fledged educational platform for the professionals connected with process of the choice of green grain and roasting of coffee. Within three days at "Factory of roasting" there will be seminars, meetings, trainings and tastings, the special exhibition space for national coffee roasters will be organized. 

The competition in roasting of coffee on the National Award "Obzharshchik Goda" will become one of key events. It will allow to define the best specialist in roasting of coffee in Russia on the basis of the marks which are put down not only professional judges, but also visitors of an exhibition. The best roaster will get a cash bonus.
